Our Story
Pelons started with a simple idea: Sun Valley deserved a bakery that felt like home and a grocery that didn't require a drive out of the valley. So we built both — under one roof, with the same attention to detail.
Every loaf we bake follows the same rule it always has: use good ingredients, give it time, and don't cut corners. The same goes for what we stock on our shelves. If we wouldn't serve it to our own family, it doesn't make it to our counter.
